Affordable housing and community development is all about the right "fit". That "match" must recognize the need of neighborhoods, communities, and people. To make sure that happens, CHI, Inc. invites communities, community leaders, and civic organizations to design their own housing solutions. CHI, Inc. will guide the design process, develop and manage locally driven housing proposals. In fact, the hallmark of CHI's work is their commitment to involving communities in "building" their own housing solutions.

Request a meeting or presentation for your city council, housing task force, or neighborhood organization.

Ask CHI to analyze your housing data and work with them in identifying solutions that meet your needs.

Invite CHI to assess vacant downtown buildings for potential conversion to housing and/or retail.

Ask CHI about new construction of rental town homes designed to be compatible with single-family homes in residential neighborhoods.

Become a partner in designing your own housing proposal. CHI will analyze your housing information, guide the planning and design, package the financing, and act as developer and property manager.
