We Value our Residents!

The Resident Appreciation Program provides opportunities for social development and resident interaction through sponsoring and organizing property social events and activities.

This program shows the high value CHI places on our residents through regular gifts, cards, and hand written thank you notes recognizing individual achievement. It is intended to provide residents with an opportunity to socialize with their neighbors and peers, creates a stronger sense of community, and demonstrate to residents how much CHI appreciates them.
