Residents Leading the Way
Our Resident Leadership program encourages our residents to be actively involved in the daily operation of our properties and to assist us with enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
Local Resident Teams
Local teams are property specific and focus on building a strong community within the property, improving resident life, planning social events, and property improvements. Resident teams are present in CHI owned properties across the state. Each team develops goals to focus the energy of the groups. Goals depend on the interests and needs of the community and residents in the specific property. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the team discussions.
