Resident Life

residents

We collaborate with our residents in three strategic areas to continuously influence and impact quality of life.

Residents of properties owned by Community Housing Initiatives, Inc. receive ongoing guidance, support and recognition by our Resident Services Department.

We are dedicated to ensure our residents have a safe and appealing place to call home. This is achieved through regular activities and high-quality programs such as Resident Appreciation, Resident Leadership Development and Supportive Services.

Resident Services Needs You!volunteer group

We rely on a team of dedicated, caring people like you to help us deliver specialized programs, provide social events, and serve our statewide residents. Volunteers are a vital part of our Resident Services activities and allow us to reach out to families, seniors and individuals in our communities. Volunteer opportunities are as diverse as our communities and include helping with social events, working with children in after school programs, general childcare, reading to senior citizens, caring for our community gardens, or performing light office work. We can match your interests to the job! If you are interested in helping us serve residents in Iowa, consider volunteering.
