The Marsh Place Apartments is the conversion of a turn of the century six-story office building. Centrally located in the heart of Waterloo's Main Street district, the formerly vacant Marsh Place building has been given new life and now houses rental units and commercial/retail space. Enormous windows offer incredible views of the river and a spectacular seat for the annual Independence Day fireworks.
