Supportive Services

What can we do for you?

Some of our residents need a helping hand to remain living independently in their apartments. Supportive services through our Resident Services Department means working directly with our staff to arrange getting the extra assistance needed through local service providers in the community. We have formed partnerships with some of the leading providers of social services in thestate. Let us know what we can do to help.

Service Coordination

The Resident Services Director for CHI has multiple roles in meeting the identified service needs of residents as a service coordinator and referral contact for residents to community resources and local service providers, an advocate for residents, and an evaluator of programs in the Resident Services Department. The Resident Services Director will discuss the needs of supportive services with residents who would like assistance to determine what providers would be most beneficial. Once these needs have been identified, the Resident Services Director will work with local human service agencies and other service providers to ensure the provision of supportive services will meet the needs of the residents requesting assistance.
