The Antlers (Hotel), a Spirit Lake landmark since 1902, has been carefully restored as apartments and now offers 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans in a perfect downtown location. Pets are not permitted.

We accept Section 8 rental assistance.
Due to our Section 42 status, we cannot rent to households completely comprised of full-time students.
Application fee: $25/adult over age 18
Security deposit: One (1) month's rent
Utilities included in your rent: Water, sewer, trash
To qualify for an income restricted apartment at Antlers Apartments, your household's income must fall below the amount listed (in some cases, the income limits are lower than those listed). Please contact us for help clarifying what restrictions apply to the apartment you're interested in renting.
