Hartland Apartments is two buildings across the street from each other. The 7th Street building is open to people age 55+ and has 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. The 8th Street building has 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans and is open to people of any age. Both buildings offer one garage space per apartment.

Due to our Section 42 status, we cannot rent to households completely comprised of full-time students.
Application fee: $25/adult over age 18
Security deposit: 1 month's rent, 1/2 month for senior apartments
Utilities included in your rent: Water, Sewer, Trash
