The one bedroom apartments at Meredith Homes are located at 3716 Indianola Avenue in Des Moines. They are restricted for people age 55+. Two and three bedroom apartments are available at two locations: in the Lower Beaver neighborhood on Des Moines's Northwest Side and on SE 6th Street on Des Moines's South Side.
