Our nine NSP Homes rental houses are located in different neighborhoods in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Each one has a unique style and floor plan. Please contact our office to check which homes are available.

We accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers.
Due to our Section 42 status, we cannot rent to households completely comprised of full-time students.
Application fee: $25/adult over age 18
Security deposit: 1 month's rent

To qualify for an income restricted apartment at this property, your household's income must fall below the amount listed (in some cases, the income limits are lower than those listed). Please contact us for help clarifying what restrictions apply to the apartment you're interested in renting.
