Penn Oaks offers 3 bedroom (1.5 or 2 bath) apartments in North Liberty that have recently been completely remodeled with new appliances and much more. We are on a bus route, next door to the city's library and rec center, and offer a basketball court, gazebo, and playground.

Due to our Section 42 status, we cannot rent to households completely comprised of full-time students.
Application fee: $25/adult over age 18
Security deposit: 1 month's rent
Utilities included in your rent: Internet access, trash (resident pays: electric, gas, water & sewer)
